Shivaay Infrabuild Llp

Out here in Surajpur, things can get pretty dusty with all the construction going on. Shivaay Infrabuild Llp is based at AC/15, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We spend most of our time out on-site rather than sitting behind desks. There’s always something that needs fixing or a supplier we need to chase down. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of the guys here are local and we’ve worked on quite a few projects around this part of town. Sometimes it feels like we’re just fighting against the clock to get things done before the rain starts or before it gets too dark to see. We aren't big on fancy meetings. Most of our planning happens over a quick lunch or standing around the back of a truck. Surajpur has its own rhythm and we’ve learned to work with it. The office at AC/15 is where we keep the tools and the files, but the real work happens where the dirt is. It can be loud and messy, but at the end of the day, seeing a structure finally finished is a good feeling. We’ve had our fair share of setbacks, like everyone else, but we just keep at it. It’s just us, a few workers, and a lot of hard work. We don't promise miracles, we just show up and do the job as best we can. There's usually a stray dog hanging around the gate too.
