Our office is located in Madharmau Kala, near Bakkas in Lucknow. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is nice for us. SHIVA PRAKALP NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED is managed by a small group of us who grew up around here. Rekha Singh and the rest of the family have been involved in the local community for a long time. We do a lot of construction and building work in this part of Lucknow. It's hard work, but it feels good to see things getting built from the ground up. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. Our setup is more modest and practical. Most of our day is spent talking to laborers, checking on materials, and making sure the site stays on track. Things don't always go perfectly, and we’ve had our share of rainy days that stop everything, but we keep going. Working in Madharmau means we see the same faces every day, which we like. It’s a local operation. We don't use big words or fancy marketing. We just build things. If there's a problem, we fix it. It's straightforward. Being based out of Bakkas gives us a good connection to the local laborers and suppliers who live nearby. That helps keep things moving along even when the weather or the supplies get difficult. We just take it one day at a time.
