Our office is located at Kha 279 in Aimnabad, which is over in the Greater Noida area. We are pretty close to Ecotech III, so the whole neighborhood is full of factories and big industrial warehouses. It’s not the quietest place to be, with all the machinery and trucks moving around, but it’s where most of the development work is happening. We focus on building and site development for this industrial belt. The office is very basic, just a place for us to keep our blueprints and have a cup of tea between site visits. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but being right next to the project sites makes the work much easier. The roads are wide but they get very crowded when the factory shifts change. We spend most of our time out on the dirt, checking measurements and talking to the foremen. We are just a small group of guys who have been in this business for a long time. We don't use fancy brochures or have a sales team. Most of our clients are other business owners in the Ecotech area who need something built. Sometimes the internet doesn't work great out here, so we still do a lot of our planning on big sheets of paper. It might be old-fashioned, but it works for us and our clients seem happy with the results.
