You can find SHARAD INFRABUILD LLP at Shop No. 17 C 31 in Sector 12 of Noida. It’s a regular shopfront, nothing that would stand out too much if you weren't looking for it. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. Noida is full of huge glass buildings, but our home is a simple shop. We do a lot of infrabuild work, mostly smaller projects for people who need things done right the first time. The office has a couple of chairs and a desk that has seen better days. A stack of paperwork about permits and materials is always sitting around. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people through the door. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend and walks in. We talk about what they need, look at some rough sketches, and figure out a price that makes sense for both sides. Working directly like this is just easier. We don't like to waste time with long emails or formal letters. Most things can be settled with a phone call or a chat in the shop. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a while now means we know how the local system works. It’s not always easy, but it’s our job. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we don't make mistakes that we’ll have to fix later. Building things takes time and patience.
