We are located in Eco Village-1, specifically at N-1, 703 in the Supertech area of Sector-1, Greater Noida West. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at blueprints or out the window at other buildings going up. Shain Infra is a small operation. We spend most of our time coordinating projects across Noida and the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. Sometimes the internet goes out or the elevator is slow, and it throws off the whole morning. We aren't some big corporate machine. It’s just a few of us trying to keep everything on track. The 201306 zip code is growing so fast it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We focus on the practical side of infrastructure. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are. There’s always a lot of dust from the construction nearby, so we’re constantly cleaning the desks. It’s a bit chaotic, but we like it that way. We’ve put a lot of work into making this business run. It’s not always perfect, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we always try to fix them and move on to the next task. It keeps us on our toes every single day we are here.
