You can find us at office 908 on the 9th floor of Tower 4 at Golf Avenue 2, which is located in Sector 75. Being up that high means we get a nice breeze now and then, which is a relief during the peak of summer. Sbs Contracts is the name we go by, and it pretty much describes what we do every day. We manage contracts for various building and maintenance jobs. Most of our time is taken up by looking at lists of materials and checking on what the different crews are doing at the sites. The office is very functional and basic. We have a few desks, a printer that seems to jam every time we are in a hurry, and a lot of box files sitting on the floor. Sector 75 is a busy residential area, so there are always people moving around, which keeps the demand for our contracting work pretty steady. We do not bother with any fancy marketing or advertisements. We just talk to people in plain English about what a job will cost and how long it is likely to take. Some days are just a long series of phone calls to find out why a delivery is late or why a price has changed suddenly. It is the kind of work that follows you home, but we like the view of the city from the 9th floor after a long day.
