We are based right here in Super Tech Eco Village 1. It is a big place, honestly, and finding Flat 1704 in the F1 block can be a bit of a headache if you are new to the towers. Satkirti Homes (Opc) Private Limited is mostly just me and a couple of helpers trying to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the site. The Greater Noida area is changing so fast that it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Most days start with tea and a pile of folders that never seems to get smaller. We aren't a big corporation with fancy glass walls; it is just a regular apartment office where we handle the paperwork for people looking to settle down here. Sometimes the lift takes forever, which gives us time to chat with the neighbors about what’s going on in the colony. It gets dusty outside with all the construction, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. We just try to get the work done right and make sure everything is legal and sorted. It’s not always pretty, and the printer usually jams when we are in a hurry, but we manage. If you are near Sant or looking around this side of Noida, you’ve probably seen the buildings we talk about. We just want to do a decent job without making things more complicated than they need to be.
