SARWAGYA ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Sector-56 of Noida. If you’re looking for G-145, it’s a standard building in a street that can get pretty crowded during the mornings. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional loud conversation about a technical problem. We aren't one of those offices with a fancy reception desk or glass walls everywhere. It’s more about the desks, the chairs, and the work spread out in front of us. We do engineering work, which involves a lot of checking and re-checking things. Sometimes the printers jam right when you need a drawing, and we all end up standing around it trying to figure out why it stopped. We’re just regular people who live around Gautam Buddha Nagar. Lunch is usually someone bringing home-cooked food and sharing it in the back room. We don’t really do big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have on hand. The walls have some old calendars and a few charts pinned up. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we are busy with a deadline, but we know where everything is. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We just show up, do what needs doing, and try to keep things moving forward in our little corner of Noida. It gets the job done for us.
