Our shop is SF-222 at the City Plaza in Gaur City, Sec-4. It is right in the middle of the Greater Noida West area. If you’ve been to Gaur City, you know how busy the City Plaza can get, especially in the evenings. We are Sarman Realty, and we spend our days talking to people about buying and selling property. Being in a mall-like setting means we see a lot of people just passing by. Our shop isn't huge, but we have enough room for a desk and some chairs for clients. It can get a bit loud with the shoppers and the music from the plaza, but we are used to it by now. Most of our work is about explaining the different plots and flats available around here. We don't use a lot of fancy words. We just show you the maps and tell you the prices. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the crowds, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. It is a regular real estate life. We deal with the paperwork, the bankers, and the site visits. It is a local business and we focus on what is happening right here in Gaur City. No big secrets, just honest talk about property in the local neighborhood. Finding a parking spot in the plaza can be a nightmare on weekends, but we are always here.
