You can find us at IIIRD-H-332 in Nehru Nagar, right here in Ghaziabad. SAM BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED has been part of this neighborhood for quite some time. The office is tucked away in a spot that we have grown quite fond of. We do a lot of construction work, and that keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. It is not a very large office, but it serves its purpose for the few of us who work here. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, making sure the actual building is going okay. Ghaziabad is a fast-growing place, so there is always a new project starting up somewhere nearby. We keep our operations pretty simple and don't spend much on things that don't help get the job done. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we eventually get through it. We prefer being out where the real work is happening anyway. Most of the people we work with are local contractors and suppliers who we have known for years. It is nice to have those connections when things get hectic. We don't have any big corporate goals, just the aim to keep working and doing a decent job for whoever hires us. It is a straightforward life, and we are quite content with how things are going in Nehru Nagar.
