You can find RVD BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED at H-314 in Alpha 2, which is a fairly quiet part of Greater Noida compared to some of the other sectors. We mostly handle the technical side of construction and building projects. The office is a straightforward space. We have a couple of computers that are getting a bit old and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Greater Noida is a place that never seems to stop building, so there is always a lot of activity around us. We don't really go in for big marketing campaigns or glossy brochures. We think it is better to just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. The summer months are tough because the sun really beats down on this part of the country, and the air conditioning in the office struggles to keep up sometimes. We usually have lunch together at the small table in the back. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out to check on a foundation. It can be a lot of walking, and our shoes are usually covered in site dust by the time we get back. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure everything is built the way it should be. It isn't always perfect, but we get it done. That is just how we operate around here every day.
