We have an office over in Noida, at Gaur Sportswood. It’s Tower F-2122. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar means things move fast. RUDRANATH INFRA AND CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is our company. Even though we are in a big apartment complex, we spend most of our time out on the construction sites. Noida is constantly growing, so there’s never a shortage of work to look at. My day is usually split between looking at blueprints in the tower and driving out to see the progress on a new frame or foundation. It gets pretty chaotic with all the traffic, but we make it work. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s just us trying to build things that stay standing. Sometimes we run into problems with the building permits or the supply chains, but that’s just the industry. We keep our talk simple and our plans clear. We don’t bother with those glossy brochures you see other people handing out. If you want to talk about a project, you can come by the flat in the tower, but give us a call first because we are usually out in the field. It’s a decent place to work from, and it keeps us close to where all the new development is happening in Uttar Pradesh. The coffee in the office is okay, but we mostly drink it on the way to a site.
