Rsy Infracity Llp is based out of 117 Kailash Residency. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is nice when you’re trying to get through a mountain of paperwork. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, focusing on local infrastructure and city projects. It’s not just about big roads; it’s about the smaller details that make a place livable. Most of our days are spent checking on different work sites across the city. We come back here in the evening to update the logs and make sure the budget is where it should be. It’s a lot of practical, everyday management. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us who know how to get things built. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we're up to, and we just explain the current project. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. Word of mouth usually gets us what we need. We just want to do a decent job so that the next project comes along. It's a lot of standing around on dusty sites and then sitting at a desk for hours. That’s just the reality of the business. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual construction work. Being at Kailash Residency is convenient because it's right in the middle of where we need to be. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, but you just plan your day around it. We usually have a lot of maps spread out over the dining table because it's bigger than the desks we have. It works for us.
