Rscon Infra Privatelimited is based in Sahara Grace, over in the Jankipuram area. We’re in Unit 3/503 of the Deepak Deluxe building. Lucknow is growing so fast, and we wanted to be a part of the infrastructure side of that growth. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our office sometimes if you aren't familiar with the residential blocks. We are a small team that handles building work and civil projects. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around a table drinking tea and looking at site plans. It’s a practical way to work. We deal with all the typical headaches of the industry, like getting permits and finding reliable labor. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We're just local builders trying to do a decent job. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks down or a delivery gets mixed up, and we have to fix it on the fly. That’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned that being direct is usually the best way to handle business. We don't have any fancy brochures. People usually find out about us from seeing our signs at work sites. We’re just regular folks who know how to put bricks and mortar together to make something solid. It takes time, but we eventually get there.
