R.N.T. Developers Private Limited is a small development company located in Sadarpur. Our office is right at House Number 1, which is quite close to Mondila School. If you are in the 201303 area of Noida, you have probably passed by us many times. We are just a few regular people working on local building projects. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters or a bunch of secretaries. Usually, if you call or stop by, you are talking directly to the people who are out on the sites every day. Building things in Noida can be a bit of a challenge with all the growth and the changing rules, but we have been at it for a while now. We don't go in for any of that high-pressure sales talk or polished marketing stuff. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are spent mostly on the phone with contractors, and other days we are just buried under a pile of blueprints and permits. It is a practical business that keeps us busy from morning till night. We like being near the school because it’s a landmark everyone knows. We’ve done our best to keep things simple and honest. We just do the work, handle the problems as they come up, and try to make sure each building is solid. That’s really all there is to it.
