RKK Construction Private Limited has been operating out of Sector 65 in Noida for some time now. Our address is A 70, and it's right in the middle of all the industrial action in Gautam Budh Nagar. Noida is a fast place, things change every week here. We mostly focus on building work. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordinating with different crews. Some mornings we start way before the sun is even up. The office is usually dusty because of all the nearby projects happening. We don't mind it much. My brother handles a lot of the site visits while I stay back to manage the deliveries. We've got a small team, mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. The 201301 area is pretty crowded, making transport a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to stay organized. There's no big corporate vibe here. We talk to our clients directly, usually over a cup of tea or standing near a pile of sand. It's honest work. We've had our share of delays with rain and materials not showing up on time, but that is just part of the construction life. We know the roads and the neighborhoods around here really well. Most people find us through word of mouth from neighbors. We don't really spend money on ads or fancy websites. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. It keeps us busy enough throughout the year. Sometimes the phone rings too much, but that's better than the alternative.
