Risingfuture Constructions Privatelimited is run out of H.No. 3/T6 - 203 in the Upavpalakaanda Enclave, which is in Sector - 3. It is a residential-style setup, which actually makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a traditional office. We do construction work, which means our real office is usually wherever the cement is being mixed that day. This apartment address serves as our main point for all the administrative stuff that nobody really likes doing but has to happen. We keep our records here and use it as a meeting point before heading out to projects in the surrounding area. Sector - 3 is a busy part of town, so we are always in the middle of the action. The enclave is generally quiet, which is a nice break from the noise of a construction site. We usually have a lot of samples of tiles or paint sitting around the entryway, and there is almost always a stack of blueprints on the dining table. It is just a handful of us working together to get these buildings up. We do not have any fancy signage or a big lobby. If you come by, you are basically walking into our workspace. It is practical and it keeps our costs down, which is important in this business. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule, even when the local weather or supply chains decide to make things difficult for us.
