We are based out of B-905 in Arihant Ambar. It's located over in Sector-1. Dealing with housing and infrastructure keeps us on our toes every single day. The office is just a regular room where we handle the files and talk to people who come by. It’s not some massive corporate headquarters, just a place to work. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure things are moving along at the construction spots. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything finished. We work with different builders and teams across the area. Sector-1 is a busy place, and being in Arihant Ambar makes it easy for folks to find us. We don't really do the whole fancy presentation thing. Usually, we just sit down, look at the numbers, and see what needs doing next. There's always some issue with materials or timing, but that's just how the housing business goes. We’ve been here for a while now and know the local area pretty well. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on workers. We just try to stay organized and keep the projects from stalling. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate with the building schedule. We just keep at it and make sure the doors stay open and the work keeps happening. There is always a lot to do but we manage to stay on top of the pile.
