Redmount Infratech is located in the Civil Line area of Kasia. We share space with Prem Agrahari, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It is just a place where we sit down to figure out construction schedules and talk to vendors. Kasia is a busy enough place, and there is always some kind of building work going on. We handle the infra side of things, which means a lot of time spent looking at site plans and dealing with concrete and steel. It’s a small team here. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Usually, we just talk over tea about what needs to get done for the day. Some days are slow when we are waiting for supplies to arrive, and other days are completely chaotic. That is just the nature of this kind of work. We know the local area well, and we’ve built up some good relationships with the people around here. We don't bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big international firm. We are just a local business trying to do things right. The office is simple, just enough room for the files and a couple of desks. It gets the job done. We spend most of our energy on the actual sites anyway, making sure things are being built the way they should be. It is not always easy, but it is what we do.
