Realvisory Proptech Private Limited

We are located at Unit No - 817A on the 8th floor of Tower-B in the Advant IT Park. That is in Sector 142. Realvisory Proptech Private Limited is a bit of a mix between a property company and a tech firm. Being in a big IT park like Advant means we are surrounded by a lot of energy and other businesses. Our office is a functional space. We have our computers set up and a small area where we can talk about the data we are seeing. It’s not your typical real estate office with posters of houses on the walls. We spend a lot of our time trying to figure out how to use technology to make buying and selling property less of a pain. It is a lot of trial and error. Sometimes the software we are working on has bugs, or the data we get from the market is messy and hard to read. We just hunker down and try to fix it. We don't have a corporate spokesperson or a big marketing budget. We are just a small team of people who think there is a better way to handle real estate stuff. Sector 142 is a very modern part of town, which suits us. We often end up working late into the evening when the building is quiet. It’s not always exciting, but we like the challenge of trying to modernize an old industry.
