Rathavara Builders And Developers Private Limited is based out of C-58 in Sector 53, Noida. We are right here in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The office is in a pretty standard building, and we have been in this spot for some time now. Being builders and developers means our schedules are usually all over the place. One day we are sitting at our desks in Sector 53, and the next day we are out on a dusty site somewhere in Noida. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks and making sure all the permits and papers are in order. The office is usually stacked with files and some old site photos pinned to the walls. We don’t really bother with making things look perfect; we just need it to be functional so we can work. Sector 53 is a good area with a lot of local shops, so we never have to go far for a decent lunch. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of seeing something being built from the ground up. It takes a lot of patience and there are always some surprises along the way, but we just deal with them as they happen. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that is just the reality of the building business and we are okay with that.
