Our base is at H-072 in Delta-2, Greater Noida. It’s a decent spot in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Rataul Projects isn't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to get local projects off the ground. Greater Noida is growing fast, so there is always something to do. Some days I’m just driving around checking on different sites, making sure the sand arrived or the workers have what they need. It gets dusty and the traffic is a pain, but it's part of the life. We don't have any polished slogans or fancy mission statements. We just look at the plans and try to follow them. Sometimes the electricity goes out or a permit takes longer than it should. That’s just how things work here in Uttar Pradesh. We deal with it one step at a time. Our office in Delta-2 is pretty basic. We’ve got a couple of computers and a table for the maps. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big show. We just want to finish the work so we can move on to the next one. It’s a practical business for practical people. If you’re looking for us, we are usually the ones in the worn-out shoes. We stay busy and we stay local. We don't need much more than that to get through the day.
