Raka Developers Private Limited is a local business based in Noida. You can find us at Village Bhudha, which is in Phase 2, right near Sector 80. The office is at Rishi Pal’s place. Sector 80 is a busy industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise from trucks and construction going on nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and go over our development plans. We started this because there is so much building happening in Gautam Buddha Nagar and we wanted to be a part of it. Most days involve a lot of running around between different sites and the office. It’s often quite dusty because of all the work on the roads, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the desk clean. We don't have a huge team of experts, just a few of us who understand how to get things built around here. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual construction, which can be frustrating, but that is just part of the job. We aren't into big marketing or flashy presentations. We’d rather just show people the progress on the ground. We usually have some tea around four o’clock and talk about what needs to be done the next day. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to the pace of life here in Noida.
