Down in Sector 61 of Noida, at D-6, is where we set up RAJ INFRATECH AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED. It’s a decent spot in Gautam Buddha Nagar, and the 201301 area has been growing so fast lately. We see the changes every day when we drive to the office. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have a small team that handles the planning and the paperwork, and then we have the crews out on the various construction sites. It is a lot of back and forth, honestly. One minute I am looking at a blueprint, and the next I’m on the phone trying to find out why a truck is late. That’s just the reality of the construction business in Uttar Pradesh. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is sturdy. The office usually smells a bit like coffee and old paper, which is fine by us. We’ve had some long days and even longer nights when a project gets complicated, but we just push through. People know where to find us if they need something built or fixed. We’ve been in this neighborhood long enough that we know the local suppliers and how things work around here. It’s just steady work and trying to do a good job for the people who hire us. That is basically our whole story here.
