We are located at B-40 in Sector 81, Noida. This area is mostly industrial, so we have a good amount of space for our operations. We do event management, which basically means we handle all the stuff people don't want to deal with themselves. Our warehouse is full of stage platforms, sound systems, and various decorations. It isn't a clean or pretty place. There is always some dust and the smell of wood and metal. We spend our time planning out how to move all this gear to different locations. Being in Sector 81 means we have to deal with some truck traffic, but it is fine. Our team is small and we don't really have a hierarchy. Everyone just chips in when there is a big event coming up. We don't have a polished corporate image. Most of the time we are in jeans and t-shirts because we are moving boxes or setting up wires. It is a lot of physical work combined with a lot of phone calls to vendors. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make sure the event happens on time and everything is where it should be. Sometimes things go wrong, like a fuse blowing or a delivery being late, and we just have to fix it on the spot. It is a busy life and we are usually working when everyone else is having a party. That is just how the event business works for us.
