Propcon Builders Private Limited is located at A2/0701, on the 7th Floor of Tower- Aspire- 2, inside the Supertech Emarald Court in Sector 93A. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a pretty good view of the area, though we spend more time looking at blueprints than out the window. It is a busy office. We have got people coming in and out all day, mostly talking about construction schedules and material costs. Working out of Sector 93A is convenient because it is central to a lot of the work we do. We are not a huge firm with thousands of employees, just a dedicated team that knows how to put a building together. Sometimes the elevators in the tower are slow, but that is about the only complaint we have. We started this because we liked the idea of creating something permanent. Every day brings a new problem to solve, whether it is a plumbing issue on a new site or a delay in getting the right tiles. We do not have a flashy reception area or a person in a suit greeting you. Usually, you will just find one of us at a desk covered in papers. We keep it practical. If someone needs a builder, they want someone who knows the local ground and how to get things done. That is what we focus on here at Aspire- 2. We just keep moving forward.
