We are based in Pdil Bhavan, which is located at A 14 in Sector 1 of No Ida. This is in Uttar Pradesh, India. The building is a bit of a landmark for us, and it’s where Projects Development India Ltd carries out its main operations. It’s a functional building with plenty of space for our different departments. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in No Ida. It’s more about having a reliable place to sit and get the planning done. Sector 1 is a well-known area, so getting here is usually straightforward for our staff and anyone visiting. We have a lot of paperwork and technical drawings moving through these halls every day. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how a busy office works. We've been here for a long time. The building shows its age a little, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose. We don't have a lot of corporate jargon in our daily meetings. We just talk about what needs to be finished. It’s a practical environment for project development. We just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving. There is usually a lot of tea being made in the pantry. It’s a simple, honest place to work. We don't need fancy lobbies to get our projects designed. It’s just us doing the job.
