Primus Ultima Realtech Private Limited is based out of 11-B, Mansarover-61 in G B Nagar. We’ve been in this part of Noida for some time now, and the office here is where all the daily stuff happens. It’s situated in Gautam Buddha Nagar, which is a busy part of Uttar Pradesh. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of folders filled with property and technical details. It gets a little dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s expected in a place like this. We are usually tied up with site visits or meeting with people about different real estate matters. It’s not a corporate skyscraper vibe, just a local office where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but we just work through it. Being at Mansarover-61 means we are close to the action, which is helpful. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re mostly focused on the actual work. Usually, there's a pot of coffee going and someone is looking at a map or a legal document. We just aim to stay on top of our projects and handle the paperwork that comes with them. It’s a regular job for us, and we like being part of the local community here in G B Nagar. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first arrived, but the work stays pretty consistent. We just keep at it.
