PRAYA BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

PRAYA BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Sector 76, specifically on the 3rd floor of the Next Door Parklands complex in OT-14. It is funny because there are a few other businesses in this same building, so the hallways are usually pretty lively with people coming and going. We focus on the buildtech side of things, which basically means we spend a lot of time on computers and talking to suppliers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and some filing cabinets that probably need to be cleaned out soon. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is pretty much the fuel for the whole operation. Being in Sector 76 is convenient for us since a lot of the newer development is happening right around here. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot, trying to get a head start on the day's emails. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three things go wrong at once, but that is just how this industry works. We don’t really have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just rely on the work we do to speak for itself. It is a straightforward business, run by people who actually know how a building goes together. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it is finished, then move on to the next task.
