Our business, Pks Promoter Private Limited, is run out of Flat No 362 in Wisteria Tower. We are located in the Gaur Saundaryam complex, which is near Kisan Chauk in Greater Noida West. Being in a residential tower like this means our office has a bit of a homey feel to it. It’s not like those cold, glass buildings you see in the city. We spend a lot of time here in Gautam Buddha Nagar, dealing with all the bits and pieces of being promoters. The area around Kisan Chauk is always busy, so there’s always something happening nearby. Sometimes the elevators in Wisteria Tower take forever, and that can be a bit annoying when we’re in a hurry. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us doing the daily work, answering emails, and taking phone calls. Uttar Pradesh 201306 is where we’ve settled. We try to be straightforward with everyone we talk to because life is easier that way. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’re just regular people working out of a flat, trying to make the business grow one day at a time without any big corporate drama or polished images. We just hope the neighbors don't mind us being here too much. It’s just how we get by.
