Pinnacle International

Pinnacle International is located at A-178 in Sector 40. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to some of the more industrial parts of town. Our office is a simple building, and we’ve been here for a few years now. We handle various international trade tasks, so most of our work involves staying in touch with people in different time zones. This means some of us are often here quite late or arrive very early in the morning to catch someone on the other side of the world. The office has a small kitchen where we make tea and sometimes heat up our lunch. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some basic furniture and plenty of storage space for our records. We don’t really have any big signs out front, just a small plate with the name on it. Most of our business comes from long-term contacts we’ve built up over time. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work properly and avoid any unnecessary drama. Sometimes the courier doesn’t show up on time, or a package gets delayed, and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out. That’s just the nature of the business we’re in. We don't use any fancy buzzwords or corporate talk. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the month. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied every day.
