Our office for Pariinfra Industries Private Limited is tucked away at E-024 in Oxford Square, inside Eco Village-3. It’s near Ek Murti Chouraha here in Noida. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the new buildings going up. We are right in the middle of it. We handle a lot of infrastructure work. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and workers. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent tracking progress or trying to find where a shipment went. Dealing with Gautam Buddha Nagar traffic is probably the hardest part of our job, honestly. We try to keep things simple. We don't have a bunch of fancy titles or a human resources department that sends out long emails. It’s just us making sure the job gets done. Sometimes we meet at the site, and other times we are just here at the desk looking at maps and spreadsheets. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We like being in this part of Noida because everything is growing so fast. You can see the changes every month. We’re just one small part of all that growth. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work we’re given and try to stay out of trouble while meeting our deadlines.
