Oppl Assets Private Limited

Oppl Assets Private Limited is based out of Udyog Kendra Extn-Ii in Greater Noida. Our units are 202 and 203. It is an industrial part of town, so there are a lot of warehouses and factories around us. It isn't a place for window shopping or casual visits. People come here because they have business to do. We manage various assets and look after different properties in the area. It is mostly administrative work, but we also have to go out and check on things physically quite often to make sure everything is okay. Greater Noida is always expanding, so there is always something new happening nearby or a new road being laid. The office is pretty functional and a bit plain. We have desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are mostly full. We don't have any art on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just a place to get the work done. The commute can be a bit long depending on the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding land and buildings. It can be tedious, but it’s what we do. We don't try to sound like a big global firm. We are just a local office handling local assets. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer, and the tea isn't always great, but we get through the day. We focus on keeping our records straight and making sure everything is in order for the projects.
