Omgenix Developers Private Limited operates out of Unit No-C-444, Nri-City Plotsnear Pari Chowk, Greater Noida. Pari Chowk is a well-known landmark, so it’s easy for people to find their way toward us. The office itself is in a quiet corner of the Nri-City Plotsnear Pari Chowk development, which is a nice break from the hustle of the main roads. We spend our days dealing with land development and planning out new sections of the city. Greater Noida has so much space, and we’re trying to use our bit of it wisely. Our office is full of site plans and land records, and there’s always a pot of tea on for whoever drops by. We aren't a big, fancy firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a tight-knit group that handles everything from the initial paperwork to the final site checks. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing this for a long time. We like the fact that we can see the results of our work just by driving down the road. It’s not always easy, especially with the regulations and the weather, but we keep at it. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just develop land and help people get started on their own building projects.
