We are based at A-173 in Sector 48 of Noida. This part of Gautam Buddha Nagar has seen so much construction lately. Northbrick Real Estate Private Limited is our small company. We deal with property and land around this area. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we keep our files and maps. Real estate is a tricky business because things change so fast in Noida. One day a plot is empty, the next day there’s a fence up. We spend a lot of time talking to people and visiting different sites to see how things are progressing. It’s mostly just us trying to keep track of what’s available and what’s being built. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but that’s just how it goes with property. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the local sectors well. We live nearby too, so we see the changes every day on our way to work. Uttar Pradesh is a big state, but we mostly stick to the Noida side of things. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes with all the roadwork, but we like being where the action is. If you drop by the office, you’ll probably find us on the phone or looking over a contract. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes.
