Our small office is located at 7 A in Sai Dreem Colony. It’s a decent spot in Agra, and we’ve been working out of here for a good while. NONITA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is just a regular local business. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. Most of the time, the desk is covered in blueprints and half-empty cups of chai. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to local construction jobs. Whether it’s a small renovation or something bigger, we just get stuck in. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on the numbers. Being in the 282004 area means we know the local suppliers and the guys who drive the tractors. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. We're just people who know how to build stuff and how to keep a project moving. Sometimes the weather in Uttar Pradesh makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon when everything turns to mud. We just wait for the sun and get back to it. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. There’s no magic to it, just a lot of hard work and making sure the client isn't left wondering what’s going on with their building. We just keep our heads down and work.
