We are based over at F-162 in Sector-63, which is part of Gautam Budh Nagar. Sector 63 is more of an industrial and commercial hub, so the vibe around here is very busy and functional. You see a lot of people in work clothes and trucks moving stuff around during the day. Our office fits right in with that practical atmosphere. It’s a simple space inside the building where we handle all our property matters. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that, just a small board so people know they’ve reached the right place. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans. Since this part of Noida is expanding so fast, there is always something new to look at or a new rule to understand about the land. We’ve lived and worked in this region for a long time, so we’ve seen Sector 63 grow from almost nothing into what it is today. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in a growing area. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we go through our daily tasks. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place, and we prefer it that way. If someone needs to find a home or an office, we just sit down and look at the options together. It isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy.
