Tushkar Estate

We’ve been around Janakpuri for a good while now. Our spot is at C-2/95, right near the Olive Garden, so it’s easy to find us if you’re walking by. It’s mostly just us handling property stuff for the neighbors. People come in asking about renting or maybe selling their old place. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with houses here can get messy with all the rules, so we try to keep things straight. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually drink a cup of tea. We know the streets around here pretty well because we live nearby too. It isn't always glamorous work. Mostly it's just talking to people about what they need and looking at documents. If you’re around the Olive Garden area, you’ve probably seen our sign. We try to be helpful when someone is confused about a lease or a deed. It’s a local business through and through. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing for the folks in this part of town. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always something happening with the buildings around here. We just try to keep up with it all as the years go by.
