Swati Properties

Swati Properties is located at number 6 in Sector 27. We are right by Raj Palace and the Hukum Singh Market area on Atta Dps Road. It’s a busy spot but we’ve been here for a long time. People usually find us when they are walking through the market and need to ask about a house. We don’t do anything too fancy, just help folks with buying or renting places nearby. Our office is small and simple. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool while we work. We know the streets around the school road quite well. It's mostly just us talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just local work. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days everyone wants to see a property at the same time. We try to be helpful and just tell people the truth about the places we show. If a basement gets damp in the rain, we'll say so. It saves everyone a lot of trouble later on. We have seen the neighborhood grow and change over the years. New shops come and go but we stay right here. It’s a practical business and we like the people we meet. It is not about being the biggest, just about being there when someone needs a hand.
