Our office is located at B - 1/7 in Sector 18, right across from the Hotel Mosaic. If you know Noida, you know Sector 18 is always buzzing. It is a busy place to work, but it keeps us on our toes. We deal with properties all over Gautam Budh Nagar. Most days we are busy answering the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for a place to rent or buy. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the deals done. We are not a huge corporation with different departments for everything. It is just a few of us handling the property work. We know the sector like we live here. We see the same faces every day at the tea stalls and the shops nearby. Dealing with real estate in this district means knowing all the little rules that change from one sector to another. We try to keep things simple for the people who come to us. No use making things more complicated than they already are. Our desk is usually covered in folders and notes. It is a working office, not a showroom. We have been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here in the middle of the action for a lot longer. We just take it one day at a time.
