Sugantha Reality

You can find us down at L G 62 in the Ansal Fortune Arcade. Being in Sector 18 means there is always something going on around the office. Sugantha Reality started because we knew the local property market and figured we could help people navigate it. It’s a small space, nothing too big or flashy, just some desks and a couple of chairs for when people come in to talk. We deal with all sorts of property matters, mostly around this part of town. Sometimes the mall gets busy and it's hard to find parking, but we like being where the action is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with owners and buyers. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Most of what we do is just keeping track of who wants what and where. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just real estate. If you’re walking through the arcade, you might see us through the window working on some paperwork. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We keep our files in order and try to give straight answers when someone asks about a price or a location. It’s not always easy, but we get through the day. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few local folks who know the area well and keep things moving.
