Shri Ganesh Associates

Shri Ganesh Associates is based in Sector 9, at B-18. It’s a straightforward setup. We’ve been working in this sector for a good amount of time, mostly focusing on the residential side of things. The office isn’t hard to find once you’re in the right part of Sector 9. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff that comes with real estate, like checking on empty flats or talking to people about their lease renewals. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s necessary. We have a lot of regular clients who just call us up when they have a problem or need to find a new tenant. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old keys. We try to keep things moving along without making a big deal out of it. Most of our time is spent out of the office, walking around the block to meet people or show them a place they might like. Sector 9 has changed a lot since we started, with more people moving in every year. We’ve seen families grow up and move to bigger places, and we’ve helped some of them find those new homes. It’s just us doing our job in B-18, day in and day out. We don’t go for any fancy tricks. We just show the property, talk about the price, and help with the forms if they decide to go ahead. It is a practical business built on knowing the neighborhood and being available when someone needs a hand.
