Property Concept

We’ve got a small office, number 4, in Sharma Market over in Sector 27. It’s right near the Atta Police Chowki, so it’s a very safe and easy spot to find. We’ve been working out of this market for quite some time now. Sector 27 is a busy area, and there is always a lot of interest in the properties around here. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a simple room with some files and a couple of computers. We spend most of our day answering the phone or heading out to show someone a nearby flat. Because we’re so close to the police chowki, it’s a good landmark for people who aren't from this part of town. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and help people figure out the prices in Sharma Market and the surrounding streets. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more important than we are. We just know the local property market and we share that with anyone who asks. It’s a basic service. We listen to what people need and we try to find something that fits. No pressure, no fancy sales pitches. Just local folks helping other folks get settled in Sector 27. The market can get a bit loud on the weekends, but it’s all part of the local atmosphere. We’ve made a lot of friends in the other shops around here.
