We have been running things from D-109 in Sector 63 for a good bit now. Our office is on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs. It is quite easy to find since we are right near the ICICI Bank. People usually just drop by when they are in the neighborhood doing their banking or running other errands. It is a simple setup we have here at Overseas Estate Pvt Ltd. We deal with property matters and estates, keeping our files in order and talking to folks who need help with their paperwork. It can get a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on our daily tasks. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us working at our desks. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we manage. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over documents for different projects. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in the door. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of town. If you get lost, just look for the bank and you will see our sign. We handle various estate things, some local and some a bit further out. It is steady work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like being in this part of Sector 63 because everything we need is close by.
