Opus Properties Ltd.

Our office is in Opus House, which is located at H-17 in Sector 63. It’s a dedicated space for us, though it’s not as fancy as the name might sound. It’s mostly just a place where we manage the various properties we look after. Sector 63 is a busy area with a lot of industries and offices, so there’s always a lot of coming and going. Inside Opus House, we have our desks and a small area where we can sit down with people to go over contracts or look at photos of different buildings. We’ve been working as Opus Properties Ltd. for quite some time now. We don't have a huge staff, just a few people who handle the daily grind. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, dealing with repairs or talking to tenants about their leases. Other days we are out visiting the sites to make sure everything is okay. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of small details. We aren't into big marketing pushes or flashy ads. Most of our clients come to us because they know we’ve been in Sector 63 for a while. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and site plans, but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the issues as they come up and try to keep things running for everyone involved. It’s just a normal day for us, really. We don't bother with anything fancy.
