Nirman Properties

Nirman Properties is tucked away at Mz 89 in Sector 18. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but we keep busy enough. Sector 18 is a pretty active area, so there is always someone looking for a shop or an apartment. We spend most of our time talking to landlords and showing people around different units. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of keys to keep track of. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s mostly just us answering the phone and meeting folks who walk in off the street. We’ve been in this sector for a while, so we’ve seen how things have changed over the years. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like everyone wants to move at the same time. We try to be honest about what a place is like, even the parts that aren't great, because we live around here too and don't want any trouble later. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just help people find a space that works for them and their budget. Whether it’s a small office or a place to live, we just look through what’s on the books and see if it fits. It’s straightforward work. If you are around Sector 18, you’ll probably see our sign near the other shops. We’re usually around if the door is open, so you can just come in and ask what's new.
