Neelkanth Properties is based at B 2 in Atta, Sector 18. This is one of the most hectic parts of Noida, and our office is right in the thick of it. There is always a lot of noise from the market and the metro nearby. We’ve been here for a long time, so we are used to the chaos. Our office is just a plain room where we handle our property deals. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or leather sofas. It’s just a place to get the paperwork done. We deal with shops, offices, and apartments all over Sector 18. It’s a lot of work because things move very fast in this part of town. We spend a lot of our day just walking from one block to another to show properties to clients. The dust and the heat can be a lot to handle, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a corporate strategy or anything like that. We just help people find a place that fits their budget. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult people or messy legal situations, but we just take it one day at a time. Most of our clients are regular folks or small business owners who just want a straight answer. We don't use any marketing language. We just tell them what’s available and what the price is.
