Mudit Properties

We are located over at House No 40 A in Block D 4. If you know Sector 82 in Udyog Vihar, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of different projects going on. Our office is basically a house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings downtown. We’ve been operating Mudit Properties from this spot for quite some time now. It’s mostly just us handling local real estate needs for the people who live nearby or businesses trying to get a foot in the door here. Sector 82 has seen a lot of growth lately, and we’ve seen the empty lots turn into buildings one by one. It’s just a simple setup where we sit down with whoever walks in to talk about what’s available. Sometimes it’s a small rental and other times it’s something bigger, but we treat it all the same. There isn’t a whole lot of fuss here. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of which plots are open. Being in Block D 4 means we are right in the middle of the neighborhood action. People recognize the house number. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, just some local knowledge of the streets and who owns what. If you're looking for something in this part of Udyog Vihar, you just come by and we see what the current list looks like. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening most days.
