Monarch Properties

Our shop is number 23 in the Dda Market over at Sarvapriya Vihar. It is a pretty standard local shopping center, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done. We have been here for years, watching the shops around us change and new faces come and go. When you walk into the market, you can usually find Monarch Properties without too much trouble. We handle a lot of different property things, mostly for people looking to move into the area or maybe rent something out. It can get pretty crowded in the market on weekends, which makes parking a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Inside our shop, it is mostly desks and old chairs, and we usually have the fan going full blast because it gets stuffy. We talk to a lot of people every day. Some are just looking, others are serious about buying. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or fancy talk. It is just us telling you what is available and what the prices are looking like lately. The real estate market in Sarvapriya Vihar is always moving, so we try to keep up with the changes. Sometimes we are out of the office showing flats, so the shutter might be half-down. If that happens, people just call us on our mobiles. That is just how we run things here. It is a simple operation, run by local people who live nearby and understand the neighborhood.
