Manisha Keydee Housing Project

Manisha Keydee Housing Project is based over at B-17 in Sector 61. It’s a pretty standard office where we spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of housing. Most days involve looking at site plans or talking to people about their apartment units. Sector 61 has grown a lot, and being tucked away at B-17 means we are right in the thick of the residential side of things. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a lot of fuss. We just have our desks, some stacks of documents, and a steady stream of people asking about maintenance or when the next phase of work is starting. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet gets slow, but we manage to get the work done regardless. My desk is usually covered in site maps and notes from conversations with contractors. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It’s more about making sure the records are right and that we know what’s happening on the ground. People stop by to drop off checks or just to check on their paperwork. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We know the neighbors and we know the buildings we work with. It's just steady, honest work in the housing sector without any of the extra polish you might see elsewhere. We're just here to handle the business of the project day by day.
